Endocrine system.

It represents a set of so-called endocrine glands, these glands do not have communication with the outside world, so are called "secretion" internal, located in different parts of the body and which are responsible for produce and secrete substances called hormones, so able to fulfill its primary function:

Regular metabolic processes, ie, harmonize and coordinate the various activities of our agency, producing substances that stimulate or excite the roles of different organs.

In addition, the endocrine glands produce hormones and released into the bloodstream.
The messages coming from the endocrine system are made through hormones that must move through the blood to reach the cells or organs to whom they are addressed

Significantly, the endocrine glands have a feedback system that is responsive to hormone levels. Thus, when a more secret gland hormones which are needed, the endocrine system diminishes their release and vice versa, when some hormone levels are low.
All organs of the endocrine glands are. They are different to the rest of the gland because releasing chemicals known as hormone into the bloodstream. Other gland secretions in their discharge pipes to a particular place. These are called exocrine glands. The organs of the endocrine system are located in very separate places
